Etiquette

Appointment Policy

For all appointments made over one hour or more, or for more than 1 person, we require a 50% fee of the treatment value. Credit card details or gift voucher numbers are sufficient to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours prior notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment time. When less than 24 hours notice is provided a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment value may apply to your credit card or Gift Voucher.

Appointment Times

To avoid disappointment we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This ensures you receive the full time allocated to your booking.

Times for packages are indicative only and include consultation, relaxation breaks and changing. Packages may not run in the exact order described in our menu.

Gift Vouchers

Our Gift Vouchers are available for any service or to any value. Discount vouchers can be used to purchase Gift Certificates. Vouchers should be treated like cash and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please note Gift Vouchers have a strict nominated date of expiry.

Parking

Please allow ample time for parking.

Clothing

We request that underwear be worn for all treatments. Disposable underwear is supplied for packages so that you may redress into your own attire. Bathers are required for the outdoor spa as well as the sauna/steam room.

Payment Methods

We accept Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners, American Express or cheques. Services and Gift Vouchers can be processed over the phone using a credit card.
